What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to start in August 2026 with experience of working with children who have a wide variety of needs.
We need someone who is:
- Caring and responsive to children's needs.
- Flexible and able to think on their feet
- Resilient, consistent, patient, empathetic and has a sense of humour.
