• Working pattern: Term time: 8.30am – 3.20pm Monday to Friday, permanent, term time only
• Contract type: Permanent
• Full time equivalent salary: FTE £24,330, Pro rata £18,403.15
• Pay scale: XCET3

What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will:

• Have hands on experience working with children with SEN.
• Enjoy working as part of a happy, hardworking team.
• Be working in KS2 initially (but would need to be flexible to work across all primary phases.)
• Be enthusiastic, creative and positive.
• Have initiative and be able to motivate and encourage children.
• Offer classed based learning support for students as well as lead small group interventions.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have experience as an LSA/Teaching Assistant desirable, but not essential.
