Learning Support Assistant job summary

Stony Dean School is a heavily oversubscribed secondary special school situated in Amersham for students with Communication and Interaction difficulties.
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant with excellent interpersonal skills who wants to develop professionally. You will work closely with the teachers to enhance the learning experience of a small group of students in a classroom setting. We will consider applications from experienced LSA’s as well as candidates new to classroom support. Successful applicants will receive a comprehensive support programme and induction training. In return, we ask that you are flexible, reliable and resourceful.
