Learning Support Assistant job summary

We are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic TA to join our school. Your role will be to support individual children with additional needs on a 1:1 basis as well as supporting in a class Teaching Assistant capacity to release TAs to do interventions.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of working with children with specal educational needs
- Enjoy new challenges and working as part of a team.
- Be able to work using their own initiative.
- Be adaptable, understanding and firm.
- Provide a consistent approach for children.
