Learning Support Assistant (Level 3) – Full Time, Term Time Only

Salary: NJC Grade 6, SCP 11-19| 37 hrs per week. Term time only | Start Date: 2nd June 2025

The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant (Level 3), you will:
- Work closely with teachers to implement structured learning activities and interventions for students.
- Support students with SEND in developing confidence, independence, and essential life skills.
- Assist with classroom organisation, behaviour management, and resource development.
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Play an active role in whole-school initiatives to enhance student learning experiences.
What We’re Looking For;
- Experience of working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
