What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- A passion for working with pupils in accessing the curriculum to the full, to ensure they make excellent progress and reach their true potential
- A commitment to drive the raising of standards which have an impact on learning and monitoring progress, adjusting provision to meet changing needs
- The ability to work both using their own initiative and as part of a wider team
- A commitment to working closely with parents and carers
- The ability to work with individual pupils, in addition to small groups
