What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- A passion for working with pupils in accessing the curriculum to the full, to ensure they make excellent progress and reach their true potential
- A commitment to drive the raising of standards which have an impact on learning and monitoring progress, adjusting provision to meet changing needs
- The ability to work both using their own initiative and as part of a wider team
- A commitment to working closely with parents and carers
- The ability to work with individual pupils, in addition to small groups

Could you support, motivate and guide pupils, to help them overcome barriers that are preventing them from achieving their full potential? In this pivotal role, you will work closely with teachers to create an environment where all belong and delivering interventions to enable all pupils to achieve their very best.
