Learning Support Assistant job summary
Temple Mill Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly effective Learning Support Assistant, to start from September 2025.
The successful candidate will have an attention to detail, will work to a high standard, and will seek to ensure a positive educational environment through their work. In return, The Howard Academy Trust offers a wide variety of benefits, details of which are outlined below.
This is a part time, permanent role, Term Time Only, paid based on the NJC pay scale D2 point 4-11 (calculated on a pro rata basis £10,754 - £12,016 - FTE £24,404 - £27,269).
The working pattern will consist of 19.5 hours per week, Monday, Thursday & Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.
