Learning Support Assistant job summary

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our successful team supporting students in the classroom environment.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate patience, flexibility and show a commitment to supporting learners with individual academic, welfare and medical needs. An empathetic approach is essential. Minimum NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in literacy and numeracy are required.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to enthuse and motivate students.
