What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience and/or knowledge of successfully supporting children with special educational needs.
- Be creative and good at thinking ‘outside the box’.
- An ability to adapt and respond to the needs of the children and be flexible to the changing needs of the school.
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate with the year group team, parents and children.
