What skills and experience we're looking for

We are a small, family-focused Federation comprising of two successful, self-governing primary schools, working in partnership. We are seeking to appoint two additional Learning Support Assistants to join our Federation, one in each of our settings.

You will:

  • inspire and motivate children;
  • be flexible and adaptable;
  • undertake a range of specialised tasks to support learning;
  • work as part of a team, forming positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents;
  • have an appropriate level of expertise, qualifications and / or experience;
  • be committed to making a positive contribution and assist with activities across the school and Federation.
