What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to work within the school’s Inclusion Team during term time.

You will be a team player with experience of working as a LSA/TA within upper Key Stage 2 or as a LSA/TA in a secondary school. The role is diverse and requires a flexible approach to support the students and promote their welfare. You will be required to support students with identified needs within classes, small groups and individual study.
