The Role

Willen Primary School is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support pupils’ learning, social development and well-being, including children with additional needs. We are seeking someone who demonstrates patience, empathy and a positive approach to supporting children, who can build strong, nurturing relationships with pupils and colleagues, and who is flexible, motivated and committed to helping every child achieve their potential.
