What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who:

  • Will work alongside children with SEN, in groups or on a 1:1 basis, within a classroom setting or in designated spaces
  • Can engage and motivate children appropriately and sensitively
  • Has excellent organisational skills and is a good communicator
  • Can use their initiative when working on their own, and can work effectively as part of a team
  • Is calm, resilient and flexible
  • Has a good understanding of positive strategies to promote positive behaviour
  • Has a genuine desire to make a difference to children’s learning and development
