Learning Support Assistant with MDA duties required September 2026

Potter Street Academy is looking for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant with MDA duties to work alongside our wonderful team of staff.

We are looking for someone who will:

Have excellent communication skills

Be calm, resilient, and resourceful

Be highly motivated and well organised

Show initiative and work as part of a team

Attend relevant training and apply a range of skills and strategies with the classroom

Salary: Scale 3 Point 5 - £19,814.00 pro rata per annum (including fringe allowance)
