What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to recruit an experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSA) with a range of skills and experience for a September 2026 start. Are you a highly motivated learning support assistant who is able to work with our SEND pupils and to support staff and pupils across the school?
We are looking for someone who is:
- Successful and experienced in supporting and facilitating inclusion for children with additional needs.
- Committed to holistic development and have children’s well-being at the heart of everything they do.
- A highly motivated, passionate, and patient individual who strive to continually develop their own skills and experiences.
- Able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team to plan, adapt and deliver curriculum content to raise attainment and consolidate learning.
- Kind, intuitive, compassionate, and resilient person who is willing to think creatively and build trusting relationships with others.
- Educated to at least GCSE level and holds Grade C or equivalent in both Maths and English, competency in IT and confidence in learning new systems.
- Committed to participating in the wider life of the school.
- An individual who is willing to promote and develop the Christian ethos of the school and its ethos of ‘Ambition Unlimited’.
