What skills and experience we're looking for

We're seeking to appoint two Learning Support Assistants with experience of providing classroom support, to assist with the learning and personal development of all our children. Under the direction of the teacher, you will work to establish positive relationships, empathising with the needs of our children.

Wearelookingfor a Support Assistant whocaninspire andwhohave:

  • Learning Assistant Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
  • Motivation to work with children and young people.
  • The ability to empathise with the needs of children, establishing positive relationships.
