What skills and experience we're looking for
Robert Blake Science College is seeking to appoint two Learning Support Assistants to join our dedicated team. You will support students in class and provide one-to-one and small group interventions outside of lessons. A commitment to improving outcomes for all students is essential. Experience of working with students with additional needs is desirable.
These roles will involve providing personal care and mobility support for a student with physical needs. This includes assistance with toileting, dressing, eating, transfers (including hoisting), and implementing physiotherapy programmes. Full training will be provided.
