What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint positive and hard working persons who enjoy working with young children. The successful candidates should:

  • Be able to work one to one with children with additional needs;
  • Be warm and resilient;
  • Have a positive mindset;
  • Demonstrate standard English in both written and oral communications;
  • Be collegiate and demonstrate good interpersonal skills;
  • Have the ability to build a strong rapport with the pupils they work with;
  • Be flexible and assist teachers and senior leaders with whole school priorities when necessary;
  • Be committed to ongoing professional development and demonstrate reflective practice;
  • Be committed to safeguarding.

The successful candidates will need to demonstrate that they meet all the requirements of the person specification.
