Learning Support Practitioner (with medical support) job summary

We seek to recruit a Learning Support Practitioner (with medical support) at The Cranbourne Primary School.

Our trust comprises of six secondary schools and six primary schools across Hertfordshire.

The Trust is committed to safeguarding children and young people. All post holders are subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
