£32,896 - £41,592 per annum, dependant on qualifications and experience.

What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Relevant industry experience and knowledge within Business and/or Events.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with learners and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.

  • Good working knowledge of IT and digital learning tools.

  • Previousteaching experience or experience supporting apprentices in the workplace would beadvantageous.

  • Act as a Personal Tutor, supporting students' academic progress and wellbeing.

  • Contribute to course leadership, quality improvementactivitiesand curriculum development.

  • Support employer engagement, industry links, workplacementsand student enrichment activities.

  • Participate in open events, school liaisonactivitiesand recruitment initiatives.
