- £32,896 - £41,592 per annum, dependant on qualifications and experience.
What skills and experience we're looking for
- Relevant industry experience and knowledge within Business and/or Events.
- Ability to communicate effectively with learners and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of IT and digital learning tools.
- Previousteaching experience or experience supporting apprentices in the workplace would beadvantageous.

- Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across Business and Events programmes.
- Act as a Personal Tutor, supporting students' academic progress and wellbeing.
- Plan, prepare,assessand provide constructive feedback on student work.
- Monitor student attendance,progressand achievement.
- Contribute to course leadership, quality improvementactivitiesand curriculum development.
- Support employer engagement, industry links, workplacementsand student enrichment activities.
- Participate in open events, school liaisonactivitiesand recruitment initiatives.
