We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Lecturer in Construction to join our dynamic Skills for Employment team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality teaching to adult learners across the region, supporting them to achieve their goals in the field of construction. You will play an active role within our adult learning delivery team, promoting excellence in education and maintaining accurate records of student progress using college systems.
The successful candidate will hold relevant professional qualifications and have strong knowledge and experience in the construction industry, ideally including carpentry to Level 2. A teaching qualification at Level 5 or above is desirable, though not essential, and you must have a strong commitment to supporting and motivating adult learners. Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills are essential, alongside a flexible, team-oriented approach.
