We at Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College are looking for a Lecturer in ASD and Multi-Media to join the college in delivering an excellent service. The successful candidate will be an exceptional Education Leader with a successful track record of consistently delivering high-quality services to students within an inclusive learning department in the F.E sector. If you are driven, enthusiastic and committed to ensuring an outstanding experience for the learners we serve, we would love to hear from you.
To build on and improve our already excellent Inclusive Learning provision the role requires dedicated planning, tutoring, monitoring contribution to the teaching of our Inclusive Learning students with autism. Responsibilities include teaching relevant and differentiated multimedia curriculum for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and to support them in developing their IT skills in appropriate design packages to support production of film, websites and other creative media linked to the curriculum. You will support the curriculum development of the course, participating in and contributing to course evaluation and review.
The successful candidate will also be key to ensuring the successful embedding of English and Maths within the curriculum as well as teaching functional skills English and maths.

- Experience of teaching Multimedia and Inclusive learning at a variety of levels with successful outcomes.
- Demonstrable and successful experience of teaching students with complex autism.
- Examples of having monitored and evaluated course quality on an ongoing basis leading to continuous improvement.
- A relevant degree or a professional qualification in the relevant subject as well as appropriate current knowledge and skills related to the area of teaching required and a willingness to keep up to date.
- Relevant teaching qualification or commitment to gaining one.
- Commitment to the values of our College.
