We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Lecturer in Music to deliver high-quality teaching across Further and Higher Education programmes, including UAL Level 1–3 Music Performance and Production, Level 4 Professional Diplomas, and selected modules on the BA (Hons) Commercial Music Production degree. You will bring strong subject expertise and current industry awareness to support learners in developing their technical, creative, and professional skills.
You will be responsible for planning, delivering and assessing engaging, industry-relevant learning, maintaining high standards in curriculum delivery, assessment practice, and student outcomes. The role also involves tracking and monitoring learner progress, providing timely support and intervention, and contributing to curriculum development, quality assurance processes, and wider departmental activity.
We are looking for an organised and adaptable individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality education. You will work collaboratively across teams and engage with industry networks to ensure learners are well-prepared for progression into further study or employment.
