- £32,896 - £41,592 per annum, dependant on qualifications and experience.
Additional allowances
+ £3,000 Market Supplement per annum.
What skills and experience we're looking for
- Industry experience within Plumbing and a strong understanding of current industry practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners of all ages and backgrounds.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Confident using IT systems and digital tools to support teaching and learning.
- Previousteaching experience or experience supporting apprentices in the workplace is desirable

- Deliver high-quality Plumbing teaching and learning programmes to a diverse range of learners.
- Plan, prepare and assess learning activities, ensuring students receivetimelyand constructive feedback.
- Act as a Personal Tutor, providing guidance,supportand pastoral care to learners.
- Monitor student progress,attendanceand achievement,maintainingaccuraterecords.
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement activities.
- Support learners in achieving their qualifications and progressing into employment or further study.
- Develop strong links with employers and contribute to work placement opportunities.
- Participate in open evenings, recruitmenteventsand wider college activities.
