Leisure Assistant job summary
Key Tasks:
Ensure all public areas are clean & presentable.
Carry out daily testing of the facilities.
Manage leisure centre bookings for members and guests.
Comply with all standard operating procedures and emergency action plans.
Book in treatments and ensuring that all clients are well looked after before and after treatments.
Delivering exceptional customer service to all users
Working cohesively as part of a great team to deliver the best service and standards.
To ensure all health and safety procedures and policies are adhered to.
To be a pool responder in an emergency (If qualified, training can be provided)
To maintain the safety and well-being of customers using the facilities
Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation and professional advice offered to customers using the fitness facilities.
To complete inductions, fitness assessments and programme prescriptions in a professional manner (If qualified)
To assist, supervise and motivate all fitness facility customers.
Perform any other duties as directed by Management.
