We are looking to appoint an additional member of our Lesson Supervisor Team

Term Time Only plus 5 Staff Development Days (39 weeks), 33.33 hours a week. (8.20am - 3.15pm)

The post holder will provide supervision of classes in the absence of the subject teacher or mentor. The job is not a teaching role, however, you will be required to have good classroom management skills, confidence in your ability to work both supervised and unsupervised, excellent communication skills and be able to adapt to a varied and changing routine.

The successful candidate would ideally have experience of providing support in the classroom, for example, as a Teaching Assistant or a similar role. However, full training will be given and we urge applicants to demonstrate on their application form previous personal and work experiences, as well as qualifications that meet the criteria, as set out in the person’s specification.
