Lettings Assistant job summary
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Temporary - 1 year
Scale: Grade 1.2 – 1.3
Salary: £27,345 - £27,729 Inclusive of Outer London Allowance
Actual Salary: £3,418 - £3,466 Inclusive of Outer London Allowance
Hours: Sunday (10.00am – 2.30pm) / 52 weeks per year (flexibility to cover leave is desirable)
Reports to: Site Manager
Job Purpose:
To contribute to the smooth running of the School by overseeing, and being present during the use of the premises during Sundays or public holidays (as appropriate), flexibility to cover staff holidays during weekends and evenings is desirable. Undertaking relevant duties associated with this use of the premises.
You will:
- Share our commitment to building great learning communities for our pupils
- Be professional, approachable and caring with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work as part of a team
- An understanding of health, safety and security issues and relevant legislation affecting schools
- Have the flexibility to cover leave where required
