Lettings Assistant job summary
We are recruiting for two new letting assistants to join our strong and established Site team. We pride ourselves on our warm and friendly team, delivering a high quality service in and around the school. If you are passionate about premises and facilities, and you have a positive "can do" attitude, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you. This is a permanent position, working part-time (20 hours), 52 weeks a year, with annual leave entitlement, shift allowance and bank holidays.
The Lettings Assistant acts as the point of contact for organisations hiring the facilities/buildings of the school outside of usual school hours and provides security, general site and housekeeping support as required. A commitment to the role, combined with a willingness to be flexible in sharing and scheduling the workload, are essential components of this job. The successful candidate will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and obtain any other statutorily required clearance.
