Lettings Assistant job summary
We are seeking a reliable individual to support community lettings across Chingford Academies Trust. The role involves welcoming and assisting third party users of our facilities, ensuring high standards of customer care, and maintaining clean, safe, and well‑prepared spaces. You will be responsible for opening and securing areas, responding to queries, resolving issues, and working closely with the Facilities team to ensure smooth, efficient operations. A flexible approach to working hours, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage tasks independently are essential. Please note that lettings may be booked at the weekend (09.00-21.00) and weekday evenings.
