Lettings Co-ordinator with Caretaking responsibility
30 Hours per week preferable, though 37 Hours will be considered
Hours are subject to daily lettings, but will fall between 2.30pm-10.30pm Monday-Friday

This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and welfare of those using the school site inside and outside of normal school hours and ensuring the site and its buildings are well kept, safe and secure. The individual who undertakes this role will provide a high quality service to those working on the school site, and also to individuals and organisations hiring the school facilities.
You will be/have:
Under the direction of the Premises Manager, co-ordinate the facilities for out of hours lettings and school events.
Act as a designated key holder and be responsible for the school premises and be responsible for the routine and non-routine (emergency) closing of the premises.
To report trespass, theft or unauthorised parking of vehicles to the Premises Manager.
Ensure that buildings and the site are secure, taking remedial action if required including undertaking or arranging emergency repairs.
Experience of working with the general public.
A first aid qualification or willing to undertake a First Aid course.
A good understanding of Health & Safety and manual handling procedures.
A commitment to promoting the general health, safety and welfare of all site staff and visitors.
