Lettings & Evening Premises Supervisor
As a growing school we are looking to expand our premises team to support the maintenance of the school and the health and the out of hours opportunities available for our local community. As a result, we are recruiting for a brand-new position of Lettings and Evening Premises Supervisor.
This individual will be responsible for taking care of the school and our community lets in the evenings. This will include running of our community lets department including marketing, meetings, bookings and being the point of contact for queries. During the evenings you will be ensuring the lettings system is up to date with all recent and future bookings, marketing our facilities to the community, making sure the site is secure and safe and that the community lets are running smoothly, customers are happy and adhering to school policies.
The successful candidate will be someone who can work independently with minimal supervision, trustworthy and had good customer service skills. They will also be someone with the confidence to manage the school premises in the evenings. Experience in a customer facing role and/or in schools would be an advantage but full training would be provided to the successful candidate. You will be entitled to annual leave which you are able to take throughout the year, not limited to school holidays.
