Lettings Facilitator (part time; evenings and weekends) job summary

About the role: The majority of academies across LAT hire out fantastic on-site facilities which are used for sports and event hirings of an evening and at weekends. We now have a great opportunity to appoint a Lettings Facilitator who will be responsible for opening the site for the hirings/events, meeting and greeting visitors, assisting them with any queries, administration duties, decoration of the building, and locking the premises at the end of the hiring/event. Our successful candidate will cover the hirings booked across the week (including Saturdays and Sundays) at Hayesbrook Academy, therefore, we require candidates to be flexible, reliable and professional. Rest assured that definitive hours will be agreed well in advance and can be discussed during the interview.​​​​​​​ The hours of the role are Monday - Friday (17:00 - 22:00), Saturday (07:00 - 15:00) and Sunday (07:00 - 15:00). This position offers £10.00 per hour and we would like the successful candidates to join us from December 2021.
