Lettings Facilitator (part time; evenings and weekends) job summary

About the role: The majority of academies across LAT hire out fantastic on-site facilities which are used for sports and event hirings of an evening and at weekends. We now have a great opportunity to appoint a Lettings Facilitator who will be responsible for opening the site for the hirings/events, meeting and greeting visitors, assisting them with any queries, administration duties, undertaking light cleaning duties (including the wiping down of touch-points during and after the hiring), decoration of the building, ensuring internal/external areas are clean, tidy and any rubbish removed and locking the premises at the end of the hiring/event. Our successful candidate will cover the hirings booked at Mascalls Academy, based in Paddock Wood. This can be booked across the week (including after 6.30pm and/or Saturdays and Sundays), therefore, we require candidates to be flexible, reliable and professional. Please note that lone working might be required from time to time and definitive hours will be agreed well in advance and can be discussed during the interview.

This position offers £10.00 per hour and we would like the successful candidates to join us as soon as possible.
