Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Level 1
Actual Annual Salary: £21,012 - £22,903 (Based on hours and weeks worked)
Full Time Equivalent Salary: £25,941 - £28,275 (CLF Grade B) Based on full time hours, all year round.
Contract Type: Fixed term until 31 August 2027
Hours: 35 hours per week - Part Time, Term Time Only + Inset days
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Support students by implementing appropriate strategies and techniques to enable them to access the curriculum, actively engage in project-based learning, and achieve their full potential. Take responsibility for delivering planned learning activities and supporting teaching programmes, as agreed with teaching staff, adapting approaches in response to students’ needs.
Contribute to measurable improvements in student attainment, as well as their social and emotional development. Work collaboratively with teaching staff and industry partners where appropriate, supporting learners in a dynamic studio school setting that integrates academic and technical pathways.

About Digitech Studio School:
Digitech delivers a specialised curriculum for 14 to 19-year-olds, where we offer progression into the creative digital and high-tech sectors. We are located in Warmley, on the outskirts of Bristol and South Gloucestershire. Studio schools are small by design, and we only take 90 students into each year group. This allows us to meet the needs of students in a personalised way.
Digitech Studio School has been on an enormous improvement journey over the past few years which has seen outcomes consistently improve year-on-year with all indicators. Digitech is a 14-19 Studio School that is a fully integrated part of the Cabot Learning Federation. We are a specialist studio school providing a bespoke curriculum for the coders, designers, creatives, film makers and entrepreneurs of the future.
The school is going from strength to strength with improving outcomes each year. Student and parent voice is strong.
There are 220 students who study at Digitech and both staff and students enjoy this smaller setting and the benefits that this brings.
