Level 2 TA to work in our single form entry Primary School job summary
The Governors of Totley All Saints Church of England Primary School, a double Outstanding school, are looking to appoint a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work in Y4/5 to support pupils’ learning as well as children’s play at lunchtimes as a Lunchtime Supervisor. The post is full time and includes lunchtime cover.
The successful candidate must have high expectations, a commitment to supporting the progress for all learners, excellent interpersonal skills which motivate & inspire children to achieve their very best, effective communication skills & the ability to work in partnership with all members of the school community. Our new TA must have a strong commitment to supporting the class teacher to achieve the best possible outcomes for every child.
Although not essential, experience of working with children in Y4 & Y5 would be a real advantage as would leading play.
