You need to:

  • Have experience in Special Education Needs as well as a drive and ability to learn.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of support plans.
  • Is able to engage and communicate successfully with parents and carers.
  • A commitment to developing and maximising the potential of all our pupils.
  • A flexible, ‘can do’ attitude as your timetable may change to meet the needs of our children.
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
