What skills and experience we're looking for
You need to:
- Have experience in Special Education Needs as well as a drive and ability to learn.
- Assist with the development and implementation of support plans.
- Is able to engage and communicate successfully with parents and carers.
- A commitment to developing and maximising the potential of all our pupils.
- A flexible, ‘can do’ attitude as your timetable may change to meet the needs of our children.
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
