What skills and experience we're looking for

During the Apprenticeship you will undertake a Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools.

The successful candidate will be providing support to teaching staff by assisting in the delivery of class-based tasks to groups or individual students. Good interpersonal skills are vital, with a desire to develop techniques to motivate and support young people. There will be future prospects within the Federation Trust after completion of the Apprenticeship and gaining qualification.

GCSE Maths and English Grade C and above, or equivalent are required for this role.
