Level 3 Class Teaching Assistant - Early Years job summary

We are looking for one Level 3 Teaching Assistant with class responsibility to join our Early Years Foundation Stage Team. You will also have a genuine interest and enjoyment of children and be able to respond to them professionally with a quiet authority. Demonstrating the ability to adapt teaching styles to the needs of pupils is a must, as is working effectively as part of a team. You will also share in our commitment to be a highly inclusive place of learning in a happy and positive school environment. You must have the skills to lead the class for during PPA and cover situations. Previous experience essential and a teaching assistant qualification or training is highly desirable. If you have a passion, ambition and commitment for ensuring our EYFS children reach their potential and develop a love of learning this could be the school for you. Nene is a 3 form entry Infant School, federated with Ramnoth Jujnior School and sponsored by The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust.
Our Nene base provides education for our youngest children. We have 3 Reception classes and our Nursery (Little Owls) which is open 8.00am-6.00pm, 48 weeks per year.
Ramnoth has undergone an extension program which included 12 new classrooms and separate dining hall, as well as refurbishment to the rest of the school. This base now houses our Y1 to Y6 children.
