What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, engaging, inspirational and dedicated;
Qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
OR
Level 3 Early Years Apprentice
to work as part of our team from the 22nd April 2025 or as soon as possible after this date.
We are looking for an individual who:
- Has the required level 3 childcare qualifications
OR
- or who is committed to studying through CBC apprenticeship programme
- Is a committed practitioner with the ability to advance children’s learning, through high-quality experiences and activities.
- Is passionate about teaching and learning and has the ability and dedication to making a difference to children’s learning through leading by example.
- Is hardworking, flexible, a team player.
- Is able to work on their own initiative and manage and organise their time effectively.
- Can confidently communicate with parents, carers and develop effective relationships.
