What skills and experience we're looking for
Be passionate about EYFS, with a clear vision and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum
Be full of positive drive, energy and initiative
Contribute to stimulating, interactive, child-centered indoor and outdoor environments that enrich and enhance provision and enable independence
Use observations and any other relevant information to identify any children in the setting who are under-achieving and ensure this is shared with practice leaders
Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, parents, governors and wider community
Be a positive role model for all pupils
Have a relevant Level 3 qualification

William Harding School is a four form entry primary school with a pre-school for pupils aged 2 upwards.
