We have an exciting opportunity for Level 3 Practitioner to join our dedicated Nursery team, supporting our youngest children on their learning journey; a can do approach and flexibility are attributes we are looking for.

- A Level 3 qualified Practitioner who is passionate, enthusiastic and committed to the educational development of children and can help build the foundations to a fulfilled and varied educational offering.

- Able to challenge children to achieve beyond their expectations
- Able to provide stimulating and engaging experiences for our children and support them in becoming lifelong learners
About the Banbury Cluster
Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. At the GLF Banbury Cluster of Schools ( Longford Park, William Morris, Hardwick and Cherry Fields) you will be supported by a great leadership team. The Details
Start Date: September 2026
Salary: GLF Associate 3.1 £25,001 FTE. Actual: £19,417
Hours: 8:15am-3:15pm Monday - Friday 32.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, 39 weeks per year (term time +INSET)
Closing Date: 15th July 2026 at 9.30am
