Job Requirements:
- Working alongside the SENCO and SEN teacher to support learners in our enhanced provision
- Creating opportunities for all learners to reach their full potential
- Supporting children with additional needs
- Helping to prepare resources for learners
- Organising and running intervention strategies
- Providing guidance and support to other staff where required
