Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Join a team where every small victory is a big achievement.

Are you an enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistant who lights up at the idea of helping pupils grow? Do you believe that even the smallest steps forward deserve celebration? If so, we’d love to welcome you to our supportive and dedicated team.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant who is passionate about helping children to thrive, whether working 1:1, in small groups, or supporting a whole-class environment.

You’ll be working closely with teaching staff to build a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning setting where every pupil is encouraged to do their very best. Your energy, empathy and commitment will help shape meaningful progress for pupils of all abilities.

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Are committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
  • Are child-centred, with high expectations for every young person you support
  • Bring enthusiasm, adaptability and a genuine passion for working with young people
  • Demonstrate professionalism, honesty and integrity
  • Have a positive, proactive, “can‑do” attitude
  • Believe in growth mindsets—for pupils and yourself

If you’re motivated by helping pupils achieve their own huge small victories, you’ll fit right in.
