Level 3 Teaching Assistant job summary

Teaching Assistant - Term Time plus Inset

Hours of work: 8am - 4pm with half an hour lunch

Involves supporting children in class for 3 days a week in a TA role and covering classes for 2 days a week in a HLTA role. The successful candidate will be paid at a senior TA rate when working in the role of a HLTA.

The successful candidate will:

Be passionate about achievement for every child and committed to ongoing, professional learning

Have knowledge of the Read Write Inc Phonics Scheme

Be competent in supporting the delivery of the EYFS framework and/or the National Curriculum
