The Governors of Cradley CE Primary school are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic Teaching Assistant with a KS2 background, to join our friendly and dedicated team. The vacancy is to work with Year 6. This post is a permanent variable term-time only contract of 10-32hrs variable to start at initially 21 hrs per week. Hours of work will be 8.45 until 3.00pm Monday to Thursday. Term Time only Cradley CE Primary School is strongly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff to share this commitment. Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a criminal self-disclosure form. All appointed post holders are subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS certificate and barred list check being obtained. The amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975 (2013 & 2020) provide that certain spent convictions and cautions are ‘protected’ and are not subject to disclosure to employers and cannot be taken into account.
