We are seeking to employ 2 outstanding and passionate individuals to join our support staff team.

You should have excellent skills and high expectations to contribute towards our drive for school improvement. You should also have:

experience of working with children with a range of needs
a passion for working with children and a desire to have a positive impact on their learning
the ability to set high expectations and standards for all children
the ability to work in a team and form positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents
an ability to identify and remove barriers to learning
good organisational and interpersonal skills
good literacy and numeracy skills
flexibility in your approach and thinking
enjoy a fast-paced environment
GCSE grades A-C in English, Maths and Science
