THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL:

  • Be committed to the safeguarding of all children;
  • Enjoy working with children; motivating and enthusing them;
  • Have a calming and caring manner;
  • Have experience of supporting children with SEND in their learning;
  • Be committed to raising standards for all groups of children;
  • Have excellent communication skills;
  • Be able to show initiative;
  • Be able to work as part of our team; flexible and adaptable;
  • Be first aid trained/willing to undertake first aid training.
