Level 4 Grade F Points 16 – 19 – £27,269 to £29,093 FTE - £26,254 actual salary

Pro rata for part time.

Based on 37 hours per week (term time plus 5 training days)

Here at Highfield Littleport we deliver a flexible, engaging, aspirational, pupil-centered curriculum. Currently we have 146 pupils on roll with a 144 PAN. We are at an exciting time in our journey as we are expanding within the next academic year. Our age range is 2 and 19 years and all pupils have Education, Health and Care Plans for a wide range of Special Educational Needs.

We are looking to recruit an excellent practitioner to work with our wonderful pupils and staff. March 2022 we were judged ‘good’ by Ofsted in all areas with elements of outstanding practice. Applicants with a range of strengths and experience are welcome to apply.

The vacancy is to be class based covering PPA time. This post will suit a prospective candidate who is looking to complete their teacher training with us in future or grow into a teaching role.

* A team player who can think creatively and demonstrate excellent communication skills

* An excellent practitioner who is able to demonstrate a flexible approach and recognises the importance of accessing learning opportunities outside the classroom

*A focused individual with experience of working within a mainstream or special school environment
