Lynn Grove Academy are seeking a passionate and organised Library Lead to inspire a love of reading, support literacy across the school, and lead our library as an inclusive space for learning and creativity. Our Ideal candidate will have:

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C and above or equivalent
  • Experience working in a secondary school setting
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Knowledge of best practices in literacy education
  • Ability to support students with varied learning needs, including SEND and EAL
