Life Coach job summary

We are an alternative provision with special school designation, committed to providing a holistic education that prepares our students for success in all aspects of life

We are seeking a creative, motivational and patient Life Coach to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to work flexibly across both our on-site and outreach offer, supporting pupils with complex needs to engage with education.

The successful candidate will:

• Motivation to work with vulnerable children and young people

  A secure knowledge of emotional and social issues which may impact on a child’s learning

  A good understanding of Behaviour Management methods including the role of the facilitator

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and understands the importance of building strong, trusting relationships with some of the most vulnerable pupils in our community.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
